Background Story

Writing & other content creation has never been optional for me. Like eating and breathing, it’s something integral to my existence. Everyday I am thankful to be able to make a career from something that brings me pleasure.

After a 9 yr stint abroad in Emirates & South Africa, I returned home - to launch & run Mojo Startup - Consulting, Conferences & Content. During this period, I have written The Indian CEO. Fortunately, I saw the potential in 2021 and that was the beginning of the first chapter of my professional literary life. Since then, I am busy tying my experience in Startup Consulting & events in Indian context.

20 January, 2024

It’s been a long time coming, but the wait is finally over. The Indian Ceo, the latest title from me, Mohit Sureka is something of a departure from my previous achievements. As an author I talk about how the Indian professionals have taken over the top positions in global corporates and are re-imagining the world stage.

I have narrated my personal appreciation & view on journeys of prolific CEOs from India like Satya Nadella, Ajaypal Singh Banga, Lakshmi Mittal, Indra Nooyi, Sundar Pichai, Parag Agrawal etc. Lessons learnt from their career & family life, reflections from my journey as CEO in South Africa from my late 20s to my 30s and synopsis of what young professionals need to embody at the highest levels of executive service to succeed in today's ever changing global scenarios.
